When will my order arrive? Delivery
Order before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day and we start on it the same day. Packing takes 1–2 business days, the carrier another 5–10 business days — so plan on 6–12 business days from checkout to your door. Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum and no surprise line at checkout.

Email us before shipping anything: we confirm eligibility and send the instructions and return address, usually within 24 hours on business days. If nothing moves for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within our 6–12 business days window, contact us: we investigate with the carrier, and a confirmed lost parcel gets you a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
