Shipping policy

Shipping area and cost

We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum purchase required. We do not currently offer international or expedited shipping.

Order cut-off time

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (ET), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET), on weekends, or on US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing includes payment verification, quality checks, and packing. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Transit time

Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days. In total, you can expect your order within 6–12 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed with your shipping confirmation and can be used on our Track Your Order page. Tracking events may take 1–3 business days to appear after the confirmation is sent.

Address changes

Need to correct a shipping address? Contact us at support@matinhome.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Delays, lost, or missing packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, contact us at support@matinhome.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, where a package is confirmed lost in transit, send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
