Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods are shown at checkout.

Currency

All prices on matinhome.com are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your payment method is issued in another currency, your provider's exchange rate and any conversion fees apply.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email as your receipt immediately after purchase.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount you see at checkout is the full and final amount — there are no hidden fees.

Payment security

All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Matinhome never sees or stores your full card details.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, no order is created and no funds are captured. Pending authorizations released by your bank typically clear within a few business days. If you believe you were charged for an order you didn't receive confirmation for, contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Refunds to your payment method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, within 5–10 business days of approval, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
