When will my order arrive? Delivery
Order before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day and we start on it the same day. Packing takes 1–2 business days, the carrier another 5–10 business days — so plan on 6–12 business days from checkout to your door. Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum and no surprise line at checkout.
Shipping policyWhat if it isn't right for my home? Returns
No hard feelings — most items can come back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email us before shipping anything: we confirm eligibility and send the instructions and return address, usually within 24 hours on business days. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and entirely ours when the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the full amount goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days — no restocking fee, ever. Your bank or card provider may need its own time to post it. And if something arrives damaged, photos within 48 hours of delivery get you a free replacement or a full refund, with any return costs on us.

Every Matinhome order ships with tracking. The number lands in your inbox the moment your parcel is dispatched, and the tracking page shows its progress any time. Give the first scan 1–3 business days to appear — a quiet tracking page right after dispatch is normal. If nothing moves for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within our 6–12 business days window, contact us: we investigate with the carrier, and a confirmed lost parcel gets you a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , PayPal , Apple Pay and Google Pay . Wallet options such as Apple Pay appear on compatible devices, so the checkout screen is always the definitive list. Everything runs over an encrypted connection, your full card number never reaches us, prices are in USD, and any sales tax shows as its own line before you confirm.

The quickest route to the item you actually want: return the first one for a refund inside the 30 days window and place a fresh order whenever you like — the new order ships free like any other. Need the same item again because yours arrived faulty? Contact support and we arrange a direct replacement instead.
