When will my order arrive? Delivery
Order before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day and we start on it the same day. Packing takes 1–2 business days, the carrier another 5–10 business days — so plan on 6–12 business days from checkout to your door. Email us before shipping anything: we confirm eligibility and send the instructions and return address, usually within 24 hours on business days. Give the first scan 1–3 business days to appear — a quiet tracking page right after dispatch is normal. If nothing moves for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within our 6–12 business days window, contact us: we investigate with the carrier, and a confirmed lost parcel gets you a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
