When will my order arrive? Delivery
Order before 2:00 PM (ET) on a business day and we start on it the same day. Packing takes 1–2 business days, the carrier another 5–10 business days — so plan on 6–12 business days from checkout to your door. Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum and no surprise line at checkout.

No hard feelings — most items can come back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email us before shipping anything: we confirm eligibility and send the instructions and return address, usually within 24 hours on business days.
